Edmond North (2-5) takes on Moore (4-3) this Thursday at 11:00 PM. Edmond North has seen its point totals steadily rise over the past three games, a trend the team will no doubt hope to continue.

Edmond North was close but no cigar, losing to Putnam City North last week 41 - 38. Edmond North fell despite improving upon an already solid 29-point performance the game before.

Meanwhile, Moore's encounter with Union two weeks ago was a 70-point stomp, but the result last week was anything but. Moore narrowly escaped with a win last week as it sidled past Mustang 29 - 27. No one had a larger role in the success than sophomore Daniel Hishaw jr, who brought his A game into the contest. He ran for 148 yards and also punched in two touchdowns. The longest score for Hishaw jr was a punishing, defense-defying 85-yard dash in the first quarter.

The last time they met, Moore won by the skin of its teeth to claim a 41 - 40 success. Edmond North had a lot of yards that game (472) and will likely be setting its aim high again. Can it avoid another defeat? We'll see on Thursday.
