Edmond North is bringing Gary Bandy back to Oklahoma.

Bandy was named the Huskies’ new baseball coach Monday night after spending the past year at Blackburn College in Carlinville, Illinois. He had spent the previous three years as the head coach at St. Gregory’s University in Shawnee.

Bandy led St. Gregory’s a school-record 33 wins.

He replaces Grant Ledbetter, who resigned following the spring to join Southern Nazarene’s coaching staff.
