Edmond North Softball had a power surge Monday night, hitting 5 HR's in their 12-0 victory over Norman North. Senior Jacee Minter had a huge night at the plate,going 3-3 with 2 HR's and 7 RBI. Kamryn Garvie also had a perfect night at the plate, going 2-2 with two HR's of her own while knocking in 3 runs. Sophomore Emily Deramus had the other homerun.
Minter also picked up the win, only giving up 1 hit over 5 innings and striking out 3.
North is scheduled to be in again tonight when they take on Deer Creek, weather permitting. JV at 5:00, Varsity at 6:30.
