The Edmond North Lady Husky basketball team is off to a 5-0 start a week in to the 2019-20 season including 3 wins against top 10 opponents, a tournament championship, and a win over the #1 ranked Moore Lions.

The Lady Huskies started the season with a 22 point win on the road over Mustang. They took home the Bixby Tournament championship with wins over Owasso, Bixby, and Sapulpa. They capped off their undefeated first week with a 83-78 triple overtime thriller over a very talented Moore Lions team.

North had 3 girls in double figures last night against Moore with Sophomore Toni Papahronis leading the way with 31, senior Graycen Holden had 24, and freshman Laci Steele added 15.

The Lady Huskies look to extend their streak against crosstown rival Memorial on Friday night in the Siberian Gym. The varsity girls game will start at 6:00.
