The 9th grade boys basketball team squeaked out a 51-50 season opening win Thursday night over crosstown rival Memorial.

North got a big 4th quarter performance from Tatum Ridge, who hit two big 3-pointers in the frame on his way to a game high 17 points for the Huskies.

T.O Barrett and Bryce Potts also scored in double figures for the Huskies with 13 and 10 points.

The 9th grade is scheduled to travel to Stillwater on Monday to take on the Pioneers!
